In our opinion this aromatic blend tastes and smells just like Christmas. Excellent with a splash of heavy cream and a spoonful of honey!

St. Nicholas was born in what is now known as Turkey. He was accustomed to loss and suffering as he grew up due to both his parents dying when he was young. When people encounter loss, it changes them for better or for worse, and for Nicholas, it softened his heart. He heard the cries of the people around him. We're all aware of the story that made St. Nick, St. Nick. To save three sisters from a life of servitude, he snuck in their home and left each of them enough money for their dowries. Meaning that they could be married and their father would not have to sell them to another. St. Nicholas inspires us in the Christmas season, and through the year, to show kindness to others in their suffering.
